Samuel Imoru is a highly dedicated and result-oriented professional with strong expertise in internal audit, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational control. He currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit & Compliance at Hogan Guards Limited, where he leads audit strategy, policy development, and nationwide salary reconciliation. He also spearheaded the introduction and implementation of an ERP system that integrated operations across all departments, significantly improving documentation and control for over 3,000 personnel.
Prior to this, his experience at Sweet Sensation Confectionery strengthened his capabilities in auditing production processes, managing inventory, vetting payroll, and enforcing operational policies across multiple outlets.
Samuel is passionate about building systems that drive accountability and safeguard organizational assets. He thrives in roles that demand attention to detail, strategic thinking, and integrity, consistently delivering value through structure, transparency, and strong internal controls.

He also held a role as editor of Vegan World News where he was responsible for stories that were either featured in or credited as sources for major newspapers including the Guardian (UK), Forbes, and The Independent. His career spans the United States, China, the Philippines, and South Korea, where he has held various roles in business, consulting, and education. Mrs.Olutoyin Shomuwa is a seasoned human resource and administrative professional with over 2 decades of experience in recruitment and personnel management. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretariat Studies, complemented by strong professional certifications including Certified Personnel Manager, Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (ACIHRM).
She has built extensive experience in human resource operations, having served in roles such as Recruitment and Documentation Officer, where she successfully coordinated end-to-end recruitment processes, managed employee records, and ensured compliance with organizational policies and standards.
She remains dedicated to continuous learning and contributing meaningfully to organizational growth and human capital development.
Prior to joining Hogan, Tony Ibirogba spent two years working for the multinational security firm Securitas after studying communications at the University of Houston-Downtown in Texas, USA. He also worked for vehicle manufacturer Land Rover in the USA after furthering his education in automotive industrial technology.
A veteran in the field of marketing, Kehinde Adebayo served as Assistant Corporate Services Manager for Sweet Sensation, Marketing Manager for Sureground, and Customer Service and Facility Manager for UACN Property before joining Hoganguards six years ago, where he has quickly risen to the top of the ranks. He is a member of the Polygraph Examiners Association International, a Port Facility Security Officer, and a chartered member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.

Her experience spans oil and gas, security, supply chain, and operations, where she has improved forecasting accuracy, streamlined logistics, and strengthened supplier performance through advanced analytics and automation.
She is known for turning insight into action, building analytics platforms, reporting frameworks, and automated workflows that shift organizations from reactive to proactive operations. As Chairman, Mrs Jones prioritizes strategic alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes while supporting digital transformation and scalable growth. Dr. Kolawole Ibirogba attended Eko Boys’ High School for secondary education and thereafter attended various higher institutions in the United States from the state of Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, and Maryland. He holds B.Ba, M.Ba. Ph.D., and certification as a Polygraph examiner from the Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice. Dr. Ibirogba is a member of The American Polygraph Association. He is an industrial psychologist and forensic psychologist with about 50 years of experience in the security industry.
