The three (3) days annual training for staff of Hogan Guards held from the 9th to 11th of November 2022, at its Head office was of great importance to the development and growth of the organization.
Hogan Guards is a leading security company in Nigeria existing over four decades and specializes in asset protection and loss prevention services with the help of technologies and experienced manpower in Lagos and nationwide.
The Hogan annual training was organized to help keep the company afloat, and to gain and retain top talent, increase job/client satisfaction, improve productivity, and to earn more profit.
The objective of the training was to increase the understanding of participants on client/customer relationships and satisfaction and to address issues arising such services.
All the departmental heads gave a presentation on different topics based on various areas of concern to address the issues/challenges experienced by the regional heads in their various locations.
The Managing Director in the person of Mr. Paul J Ibirogba, gave an opening speech by addressing the staff, enlightening them on the company’s policies and how to move the company forward, the company’s organogram was shared among participants to give them an insight on the company’s structure.
The Managing Director began his speech by giving a brief history of the company, and he also enlightened the staff on other affiliated companies under Hogan Organisation, he further emphasized the importance of the training to the growth and development of the company and for the service to be aligned and synchronized to enable the company to improve and deliver the quality of service expected.
He also states that the importance of the annual training is to synchronize, strategies, retain staff, and be in uniform operation service.

The Hogan annual training which lasted for three (3) days was very informative and rewarding and comprises of various segments like lectures, open discussion, and questions and answer sections.
At the end of the training, the Managing Director made a closing speech as he encouraged all regional heads to sell other services rendered by the Hogan-affiliated companies to their clients.
